  • How do I care for my new item?
    Wear it in good health and good fun and when it's time for a wash machine wash on cold and hand dry or tumble on lowest heat setting. For drinkware (glasses and water bottles) always hand wash with warm water and soap and let dry. Items with vinyl are not dishwasher safe.
  • How do I know what size to order?
    Please reference the style guide for specifics on apparel, including sizing information. If your question is still not answered email and we will assist you in making the correct sizing selection.
  • Can I order something different than what you have listed?
    Heck yes, you can! Custom and personalized orders are what I love the most. See something you like but want it tweeked a little? Don't see something you'd love to have? Contact me (see contact page) and we can discuss how to make your vision come to life.
  • What customizing is available?
    For most items you can customize the color of the apparel item and the color of the vinyl used on the item. Some restrictions apply, but all clothing items are listed in the style guide with color options as well as vinyl color options.
  • When will I receive my HBIC order?
    My typical turnaround rate is two weeks. This can vary from product to product or quantity of items ordered but any delays in order completion will be communicated as clearly as possible via email.
  • Can I get my order sooner?
    I can usually accomodate rush orders! Email you place your order with your specific timeframe to make sure I'm able to fill the order in time. An extra "coffee fee" may be applied for orders required in less than a 72 hour turnaround.
  • How do I get my order?
    If you are local I will reach out to you individually once your order is completed to arrange pick up/delivery. If you've ordered from one of my partnered small businesses (CFIT or Carmela's Dance Studio) we will most likely deliver your order to the respective studio for pick up. If your order is being shipped, it will be send standard mail (unless otherwise discussed) as soon as it is completed.
  • What's the return policy?
    Because of the custom nature of HBICbyNicole, I do not accept returns. If you have a problem with your order please contact me so we can resolve it together. It's my goal that everyone is happy with their orders and I'll work to make things right.
  • Where was my HBIC order made?
    Your order was made in my home, a clean, smoke free and pet friendly environment.
